The Fur Ball Gala - Paws & Pearls Gala benefits LSPCA's work in helping critical-need animals, assisting the Lancaster County Animal Shelter, providing low-cost spay/neuter initiatives, and transport of shelter animals to rescues around the country.

Paws & Pearls Welcomes Brittany Van Voorhees of WCNC-TV as Emcee
Brittany Van Voorhees is a meteorologist at WCNC-TV in Charlotte and a devoted animal lover who proudly shares her home with her rescue dog, Roger. Brittany is a strong supporter of the Lancaster SPCA, and we’re thrilled to welcome her back as our Fur Ball emcee for the second time. Her warmth, energy, and passion for helping animals make her a wonderful part of this special evening as we celebrate the lifesaving work of LSPCA and the compassionate community behind it.

Silent and Live Auctions

Silent Auction will open March 17, 2026 and close at 9pm on March 20. These items will be displayed at the gala and available for pickup at the conclusion of the auction at the The Gateway Conference Center, 3200 Commerce Dr, Richburg, SC. Items not picked up at the gala will be available for pick up at Neal's Tax Service, 302 N Main St., Lancaster the following week.

Live Auction will be held at the Fur Ball Gala. If you are interested in bidding on one of the live auction items but cannot be in attendance, please contact us in advance of the January 31st event and we will make arrangements to bid on your behalf or you may join by phone.
